the location was perfect, right in the pedestrian zone where all the action happens. the room was clean and comfortable, with a gas heating device for cooler nights. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even storing my cheese in their refrigerator. the hotel also had a Brazilian restaurant and a coffee shop.

The loud music from the bar downstairs, which could be a problem for light sleepers.

The helpful staff goes beyond their duties to ensure a comfortable stay, accommodating requests like providing a fan and keeping food items refrigerated. The hotel is also safe for walking day and night, allowing guests to explore the beautiful historic district.

One downside is that the interior of the hotel seems a bit outdated, matching the old colonial building's age. However, the cleanliness of the room is excellent.

Convenient location, close to tourist attractions and eateries. the room was spacious and well furnished. Hot water was available all the time in the en suite bathroom. the hotel staff was friendly, accommodating and available 24/7. Bonus points for the easy check, in and check, out process.

The hotel felt old and run, down. the furniture and carpets were dated and a bit shabby.
